Your Personalized 8-Session Pilates Progression

This offering is for those who feel disconnected from their body despite doing “all the right things”. This is for those seeking a custom, structured, and intelligent approach to mind-body wellness. This program is for you if you are committed to gaining longevity, mental clarity, and discovering practical, somatic rituals for overcoming a disconnected mind and body.

Session 1 — Opening Consultation & Mind-Body Reconnection (45 mins)

Your first session functions as a gentle movement assessment and and introduction to the work. We’ll observe posture, breath, spinal mobility, and basic movement patterns, then move through a simple mat sequence (often centered in ab work) to reconnect mind and body.

Focus: awareness, grounding, establishing a baseline.

Session 2 — Completing the Full Routine (45 mins)

We move through a full Classical Mat Routine for the first time, building continuity and flow. This session establishes familiarity with the structure and flow of Pilates as a practice rather than isolated exercise.

Focus: integration, rhythm, whole-body engagement

Session 3 — Layering & Refinement (45 mins)

Based on what we observed in your opening session, we begin laying in refinements and supportive movement variations. This may include adjustments for posture, breath, or range of motion.

Focus: precision, control, intelligent progression

Session 4 — Midpoint Check-In & Expansion (45 mins)

At the halfway point, we inhale to assess how far you’ve come in your mind-body connection. We’ll check in to see your progression and where more support is needed. This will be a full body day introducing slightly more demanding movements and transitions.

Focus: reflection, confidence, gentle challenge

Session 5 — Strength & Stability (45 mins)

With a strong foundation in place, sessions begin to feel more fluid and embodied. Core strength, stability, and postural support are emphasized through more continuous movement.

Focus: strength, coordination, endurance, without strain

Session 6 — Range of Motion & Ease (45 mins)

We prioritize spinal articulation, mobility, and ease of movement, helping the body feel more open and capable in daily life.

Focus: mobility, strength, flow, efficiency

Session 7 — Integration & Flow (45 mins)

Movements begin to feel intuitive rather than instructional. Your practice becomes smoother, more connected, and personally familiar.

Focus: flow, embodiment, confidence

Session 8 — Completion, Confidence, and Connection (45 mins)

By the final session, you will notice a shift in your posture, body awareness, mental clarity, and overall ease. This session reinforces your bodily autonomy and sovereignty, helping you feel confident continuing pilates as a regular practice or entering group fitness classes in your area.

Focus: rejuvenation, integration, long=term wellness

By the end of your 8-session progression you can expect:
